Reason for a product to be returned:
- Physical Damaged Accu Chek Glucometer at time of delivery.
- Delivered product (Accu Chek Glucometer / Strip / Lancet) is incomplete (i.e. missing items from invoice).
- Delivered product does not match product description.
If the above conditions are met, only then the product return can be requested. Under this policy, unopened and unused items must be returned through call center 09666788766 (Time : 9 am to 10 pm except Friday & Govt holidays) or email : accuchek@radiant.com.bd within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Items are not eligible for return under the following circumstances:
- If strip & lancet pack have been opened or partially used. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery before opening and using.
- If the strip & lancet packaging/box or seal has been tampered with.
- If the return window has expired. No items can be returned after 2 days from the delivery date.
- If there is any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
When can I expect to get a refund?
Once eligibility of refund is confirmed, your refund will be disbursed within 3 to 7 working days (approximately) but it may take longer time in exceptional cases.
